Springbank Community Group CiC may need to process your personal data in order to provide the service that you require.

We hold paper and electronic copies of contact details and medical information (if provided) for our service users. Paper copies are stored securely in a locked filing cabinet and any electronic copies are held securely in the cloud. 

Giving consent for photographs means that our staff and volunteers can take pictures of you on their phone and email them to the Board of Directors for publicity and reporting to commissioners. The photos are deleted once emailed.

Our confidentiality policy (available on request) means your details will not be passed on to any other parties without your consent, unless in the in the interests of safeguarding as set out in our safeguarding policy (available on request)

You can withdraw consent to activities and storing your data at anytime by writing to the Board of Directors, Springbank Community Group CiC, Ron Smith Pavilion, Springbank, Cheltenham, GL51 0LH. Without consent and details however the service we are able to offer you may be impacted.
